The How-To: Using Artificial Intelligence and Other Tools to Create a Tabletop Exercise on Tracking Board Prioritization

This interactive workshop will demonstrate how generative artificial intelligence and other free, accessible tools can be used to design dynamic tabletop exercises focused on emergency department tracking board prioritization. Participants will be guided through creating realistic patient lists, building a hyperlinked tracking board, and optimizing the facilitator and learner experience using dual-monitor setups. Through hands-on activities, attendees will develop practical skills to immediately implement tabletop prioritization exercises within their simulation or educational curricula.
